Muslim Everything is an Islamic utility app built by MSGC IT. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our Service.

  1. Information Collection & Local Storage

We do not collect any personally identifiable information like your name, email, or phone number.

All user settings—including prayer calculation preferences, Madhab/juristic methods, Hijri date adjustments, Tasbih counts, Zakat calculations, custom alarms, selected Adhan reciters, and language/theme preferences—are stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences and SQLite/Room local databases. None of this data is transmitted to our servers.

  1. Permissions We Use

To provide essential features, the app requests the following system permissions:

Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Used to determine Qibla direction, calculate accurate local prayer times, and support Travel Mode by updating schedules when there is a significant change in location. Location data may be stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Device Sensors: Real-time magnetometer and accelerometer readings are processed temporarily in memory to orient the Qibla compass needle. Sensor data is not intentionally stored or transmitted.

Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to send prayer reminders, Adhan alerts, and Islamic updates.

Exact Alarms & Background Services (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): Used to schedule exact prayer alarms and restore them after device reboots.

Foreground Services & Full-Screen Intent (FOREGROUND_SERVICE, WAKE_LOCK, USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT): Used to play background Adhan audio smoothly and display full-screen prayer alarm interfaces when the device is locked.

Advertising ID (AD_ID): Used by advertising SDKs to serve ads according to applicable Google policies and user consent requirements.

Vibration & Internet: Used for Tasbih tactile feedback, serving network ads, and loading external/WebView content.

  1. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may collect device-specific technical information (such as Advertising IDs and device information) to improve services and display advertisements according to their respective privacy policies:

  • Google Play Services
  • Google AdMob & Google UMP: For banner/interstitial ads and applicable advertising consent management.
  • Firebase Services: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications, alongside Firebase Analytics and In-App Messaging for app usage and messaging services.
  1. Security & Data Rights

Since we do not store any personal data on our servers, there is no remote account data to delete. However, we value your privacy and take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app and its integrated services.

You can clear all locally stored app data at any time by clearing the app data through your device settings or uninstalling the app.

  1. Accuracy of Content & Bugs

We strive to provide accurate and reliable Islamic information (Quran, Namaz guide, Qibla, Zakat tools, etc.). However, prayer calculation methods may vary depending on geographical location or juristic preferences. If you find any mistakes, bugs, or technical errors in the app, please notify us immediately so we can correct them.

Our app is safe for everyone and general audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
