By using TargetPen, you agree to these terms.
- ABOUT
TargetPen is a personal productivity and finance management app by MSGC IT (Bangladesh). It helps you track tasks, manage income/expenses, write notes, and explore a library of books. - ELIGIBILITY
- Must be 13 years or older
- Under 18 requires parental consent
- You must provide accurate account information
- SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Free – $0
Access to all core features (task, money, notes, books) with banner ads.
Premium – $4.99/month
No banner ads, cloud backup & restore, priority support, and PDF export.
Prices in USD. May vary by region via Google Play local pricing.
- BILLING
- Billed monthly via Google Play Billing
- Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal date
- Manage/cancel: Google Play → Subscriptions → TargetPen
- We never store your payment card details
- REFUNDS
- Generally non-refundable after billing period starts
- Technical error? Contact us within 7 days: support@msgcit.com
- Google Play’s 48-hour refund policy applies
- CANCELLATION
- Cancel anytime via Google Play Subscriptions
- You keep paid access until end of billing period
- Account reverts to Free tier automatically
- Your data (tasks, transactions, notes) is NEVER deleted on cancellation
- USER CONDUCT — You agree NOT to:
- Hack or manipulate any app data
- Create fake accounts
- Use offensive usernames or content
- Attempt to access our servers without authorization
Violations may result in immediate account ban without refund. - DATA & PRIVACY
We collect only the data you provide (email, tasks, transactions, notes). We use Supabase for secure cloud storage. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For more details, read our Privacy Policy. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content — design, code, branding — is owned by MSGC IT and protected by copyright. No reproduction without written permission. - ACCOUNT DELETION
Go to Settings → Delete Account. All data erased within 30 days. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The app is provided “as is.” MSGC IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from app use. - GOVERNING LAW
