Q: What happens if I miss a day?
A: Your current 21-day cycle resets to Day 1 of that cycle.
Previously completed cycles and your stats are saved.
Pro users can use a Streak Revival (reward points) once per cycle.
Q: Is my data saved if I lose my phone?
A: Yes — if signed in, all progress syncs to the cloud.
Sign in on your new device and everything restores automatically.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions →
Subscriptions → Tracker X → Cancel.
You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Q: My subscription didn’t activate after payment. What do I do?
A: Sign out and sign back in first. Still not working?
Email support@msgcit.com with your Google Play order number (GPA…).
We’ll fix it within 24 hours.
Q: Why are my workout reminders not showing?
A: Go to Phone Settings → Apps → Tracker X → Notifications → Allow.
Also disable battery optimization:
Settings → Battery → Battery Optimization → Tracker X → Don’t optimize.
Q: Can I change my workout time?
A: Yes. Settings → Workout Time → set your time.
Your 45-minute pre-workout and at-time alerts update automatically.
Q: How does the Global Leaderboard work?
A: Ranked by current streak, then total completed days.
Only username + country are visible. Email is never shown.
Go Private anytime in Settings.
Q: What are Reward Points (Pro)?
A: Earn XP for each completed day. Redeem for themes, badges,
and one Streak Revival per cycle. Points never expire.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Settings → Delete Account. All data erased within 30 days.
