By using Tracker X, you agree to these terms.

1. ABOUT
   Tracker X is a 180-day fitness habit tracking app by MSGC IT (Bangladesh).
2. ELIGIBILITY

• Must be 13 years or older
• Under 18 requires parental consent
• You must provide accurate account information

1. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Free – $0
Full challenge access, banner ads, optional rewarded ads

Plus – $1.99/month
No banner ads, rewarded ads still available, all Free features

Pro – $3.99/month
No ads, Reward Points System, premium motivation library,
exclusive themes, priority support

Prices in USD. May vary by region via Google Play local pricing.

4. BILLING

• Billed monthly via Google Play Billing
• Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal date
• Manage/cancel: Google Play → Subscriptions → Tracker X
• We never store your payment card details

4. REFUNDS

• Generally non-refundable after billing period starts
• Technical error? Contact us within 7 days: support@msgcit.com
• Google Play’s 48-hour refund policy applies

4. CANCELLATION

• Cancel anytime via Google Play Subscriptions
• You keep paid access until end of billing period
• Account reverts to Free tier automatically
• Your workout data is NEVER deleted on cancellation

4. USER CONDUCT — You agree NOT to:

• Hack or manipulate streak/leaderboard data
• Create fake accounts to inflate rankings
• Use offensive usernames or avatars
• Attempt to access our servers without authorization
  Violations may result in immediate account ban without refund.

4. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
   Tracker X provides a tracking framework only — not medical advice.
   Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise
   program. MSGC IT is not liable for injury or health issues from app use.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content — design, code, motivation quotes, branding — is owned
   by MSGC IT and protected by copyright. No reproduction without
   written permission.
6. ACCOUNT DELETION
   Go to Settings → Delete Account. All data erased within 30 days.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   The app is provided “as is.” MSGC IT is not liable for indirect,
   incidental, or consequential damages from app use.
8. GOVERNING LAW
   These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
