Tracker X is built and maintained by MSGC IT (Bangladesh). For any
questions contact support@msgcit.com - WHAT WE COLLECT
- Account info: email and display name (Google sign-in)
- Workout data: daily logs, streak, phase progress, history
- Profile: username, country, avatar
- Device info: anonymized OS/device type for crash reports
We do NOT collect phone numbers, payment card details, or health biometrics.
- HOW WE USE IT
- Sync your progress across devices (cloud backup)
- Show your streak/rank on the global leaderboard
(only username + country shown publicly, never email) - Send workout reminders at your chosen time
- Manage your subscription via Google Play Billing
- Fix bugs and improve the app
- DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
Data is stored on Supabase (GDPR-compliant, SOC 2 certified).
All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Google AdMob – serves ads to free users
(Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy) - Google Play Billing – handles all payments
- Supabase – cloud database (supabase.com/privacy)
Free users may see personalized ads. You can opt out via
Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- LEADERBOARD
Only your username, country, streak count, and completion %
are visible publicly. Email is never shown.
You can set your profile to Private in Settings anytime. - CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Tracker X is not intended for children under 13.
If you believe a child has submitted data, email us immediately. - YOUR RIGHTS
- Access your data anytime via the app
- Correct info via profile settings
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete Account
(all data erased within 30 days) - Export your workout history via the app
- CHANGES
We’ll notify you of major changes via the app or email.
